The hotel offers delicious meals served in private booths, and the hot spring in the room is amazing. The staff is friendly, making you feel right at home. Plus, the environment is cozy and comfortable which is perfect after a long day of exploration.
The hotel's location is a bit secluded, and it's not easy to communicate with the staff in English. However, the difficulties of communication are made up for by the kindness of the staff who will make every effort to understand.

We had a fantastic stay at a traditional Japanese ryokan in this city. The staff were excellent, accommodating food allergies and providing alternatives. The private baths in each room were great, and there were additional private baths that could be reserved at no extra charge. The individual villa was set in beautiful surroundings, with a big comfortable room and separate sitting and bedrooms. The hotel facilities were great, and the public onsen could be used privately. The environment of the hotel was nice, and hot coal was provided for the hearth each day. Transportation was convenient, and the hotel was located away from the train station.

Spending Easter at this traditional Japanese inn was a delightful experience. the private onsen provided a rejuvenating soak in natural hot spring water, and the private booth for meals added a special touch of intimacy. the location amidst the tranquil countryside made for a peaceful retreat. the hot coals provided daily added a cozy ambiance to the spacious room.
The lack of options for insect repellent in and outside the room. the pesky bugs disrupted the serene atmosphere.
